About us
In June-September 2008 we started buying up wild game. In December 2008 we bought the production buildings of former Adavere Meat-Preserving Plant. Renovation and extension work started and in August 2009 the plant was officially opened. The production began.
Our products are made according to the strict food safety and production process monitoring program HACCP. The renovation of our production building enabled us to update the whole production process and meet the strict EU requirements. In addition we follow the principles of the Environmental Management System ISO14001.
We aim to provide our customers with high-quality Estonian game meat and products, fresh as well as ready-made pure pork and beef products. We use pure meat and as little additives as possible. Renovating the production buildings we saved the wood-burning smoking ovens to offer our customers traditional hams with natural flavour and fragrance.
Chef Foods exports most of its production to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Our mission is to appreciate valuable wild game meat and to provide consumers with nutritious and healthy products and a very special taste experience.
